This workshop takes place on a magnificent volcanic beach, accessible only by sea, by boat or swimming. It is a suitable place to re-discover the marine world of our origins and of our first terrestrial steps on one of those primordial beaches.
Nourished by the vital breeze of the sea and the movement of the waves and sunshine we will explore the secret paths that have led us, over millions of years of evolution, from the first cells suspended in water, to vertical beings.

• The return to the sea
• The marine world and the foetal world
• Apnea, that other form of respiration
• Caudal movement (swimming with monofins)
• Coming out of the water, and birth to the terrestrial world
• The group and the codes for the survival of the species
• The birth of a dance…and lots of marine and terrestrial games and joy (monofins are provided by Claude Coldy)
